CRA Public File 

In accordance with the Community Reinvestment Act, Skowhegan Savings maintains a CRA Public File that is available for public inspection. The file is updated annually by April 1 and periodically throughout the year as required.

Data related to our residential mortgage lending activity, reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), are available for public review. This information includes loan application and origination data, geographic distribution of lending, and demographic details of applicants and borrowers.
