"John assisted us with navigating through the complexities of disaster relief and the Paycheck Protection Program. During the Covid-19 pandemic we had several questions and John was quick to return our calls making sure all the time sensitive issues were completed on schedule. He takes a personal interest in our business, having visited our facility on several occasions to better understand our business model. We look forward to our continued relationship with John and the bank."
